Classic Santa Maria Valley character, with notes of strawberry jam, baking spices, and church incense. Fruit-forward tannins support aging in this lovely Pinot Noir. The whole cluster fermentation used for a portion of this wine adds an additional level of complexity, allowing some of the spicier notes of white pepper to appear in the aromatics.
