This small-lot bottling of our estate Viognier fruit is available only to Cellar Club members. We ferment this wine in neutral French oak barrels, which brings out a luscious texture and richer tropical tones. Sumptuous, honeyed aromatics are backed by a stunning mineral clarity on the nose. The strikingly textured palate is a voluptuous mélange of honeysuckle, baked apple, and chamomile tea carried by an electric acid backbone.
