Zaca Mesa is an iconic vineyard on the northern tip of the Santa Ynez Valley, offering Roussanne fruit that shows varietally-true notes of beeswax, wet granite, and white chocolate. Partial malolactic fermentation preserves a bright acid that remains on the palate and lifts through subtle tropical notes. This is a great wine for pairing with with spicy foods as well as fresh summer or fall fruit-accented meals.
