The cool-climate La Encantada Vineyard provides us with Pinot Noir fruit of great complexity. New French oak aging and whole cluster fermentation balance and harmonize on the palate, bringing forth subtle nutty and smoky tones. Red currant, cured meats, and a complex array of hard spices integrate with age-worthy but elegant tannins. Bottled unfiltered and using only native yeast, we further accent the terroir with 30% whole cluster fermentation.
