Typically used for blending in the Rhône Valley, we highlight our 1.25-acre parcel of Tablas clone Mourvèdre in an annual varietal bottling that showcases the unique qualities of the grape. Our 2019 vintage shows all the spice, dried flower, and bramble fruit elements that we love. The nose is perfumed with dried cranberry, purple flower, and anise notes, while the palate shows ageworthy tannins with a textured mouthfeel that lingers long on the finish. Big enough to pair with hearty meat dishes, but elegant enough to function as a complex and pleasing sipping wine.
