Our 4.6 acre parcel of Tablas clone Syrah was planted on the highest hill of our estate—the site of an ancient riverbank—25 years ago. Our diurnal climate ripens the grapes during the warm days, then sends the vines into hibernation during the cool nights to preserve acid and structure, resulting in fruit of great elegance and balance.
