Even in its youthful state, our estate GSM already presents itself as a lovely expression of the three grape varieties contained within. The aroma reveals vibrant hints of raspberry and strawberry, but intertwined amidst these brighter notes are deeper undertones of white pepper and dark chocolate, adding a touch of spice to the overall bouquet. The palate exhibits a remarkable balance, with the presence of fresh red fruit, an acid and tannic structure that hints at its potential for aging, and a lingering finish that reveals subtle nuances of dried red flowers and robust spices.
