Nolan Ranch is located in the newly-formed Alisos Canyon AVA, in between the Santa Ynez Valley and the Santa Maria Valley regions. With its well-drained sand and loam soils, this diverse, 100-acre property is a perfect site for growing elegant Rhône varietals such as Cinsault.

Aromas of underripe raspberry and strawberry, with hints of white pepper, mingle on the nose. The palate is vibrant yet refined, showcasing notes of cherry cola, red currant, and a touch of herbal sage. Defined yet fine-grained tannins, along with bright acidity, make it a versatile pairing with both lighter and fuller-bodied red meat dishes, as well as tart black fruits and hard cheeses.
