2022 Enchevetre Blanc | 750ml | 13.5% alc

This beautiful blend of four Rhône white varietals has a rich, creamy texture with hints of white flower, passion fruit, and honeysuckle. It makes for an excellent counterpoint to our Brassman White Rhône white blend, aged in stainless steel vs. the neutral French oak we use for this bottling. Pairs well with shellfish, sashimi, and spicy curry dishes.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 34% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc, 16% Viognier
VINIFICATION: Fermented in neutral French oak barrels
AGING: Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months
