This year’s blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Carignane is extremely refreshing, as usual, with those lush notes of creamy strawberry that we love, as well as lithe and supple acidic line that really pops. It’s the perfect wine to sip on a warm summer afternoon with a backyard BBQ.
As opposed to the direct press method, the saignée method we use (pronounced sohn-YAY) produces an uncharacteristically full-bodied and rich rosé due to the 24 hours of skin contact, which highlights the complexity of the Rhône grapes in harmony within this bottle.
