A lovely, versatile Rhône-white blend. The stainless-steel fermentation and partial malolactic fermentation keep the aromatics light, crisp and refreshing with tart citrus notes of kumquat and tangerine and a hint of golden raspberry before yielding to the creamier notes reflective of its Rhône varieties such as banana pudding. The aromatics are complimented on the palate with flavors of vanilla bean custard, and a hint of toasted marshmallow.
