2015 Brassman Red

The Malbec base of this wine allows the fresh blueberry notes to remain front and center on the aromatic profile. While the glass opens, you are suddenly surrounded with fresh picked blueberries and strawberries cooking into pie and crisp.  After the wonderful baking aromas move to the background, there is an influx of rich seasoning spices and a hint of smoke.  This wine would be perfect for a cool evening after a warm day to enjoy with rib-eye steaks grilled over an open fire.
