This vintage is a showstopping display of classic GSM balance with the added richness of blueberry jam notes from the Petite Sirah. Pair with rich dark meats and chocolate desserts.

VINIFICATION: Fermented on skins in bins with a small portion of dried stem inclusion
AGING: Aged in 43% new French oak for 27 months
