Full of big, chewy, jammy red berries, as well as lighter, more acidic notes reminiscent of cactus jam. To compliment the jam, there are heavy, distinct notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, and toasted marshmallow mixed with baking spices and pepper along with just a hint of pyrazine. It’s a densely structured wine that also retains a gorgeous elegance and suppleness.
