Ripened by the warmth of our Santa Ynez Valley sun, notes of fresh melon, white flower, and honeycomb abound while our ancient riverbed soils impart a mineral-driven structure that compliments the fruit beautifully. Stainless Steel aging allows these characteristics to integrate with exceptional clarity.
