Our Syrah fruit grows on an ancient river bank in soils extremely well-suited to this varietal. Rich, dark berry notes in the aroma are surrounded by raw chocolate, chai, mocha, tobacco, and forest floor. The addition of dried stems highlights the spice notes already found in our estate, woven together gorgeously with the deep fruit tones.
