Even on the vine, the intensity and concentration of the grapes for this wine are something to remember. The tiny, dark berries will stain your hands when you sample them and have amazing fresh flavors of cucumber and watermelon. Once the winemaking process has completed, these aromas and flavors deepen, but there is still a sense of fresh sweetness that persists. Full of blueberry, anise, and mocha this wine pairs beautifully with steak, but also lamb, venison, or blackened pork.
