Typically used for blending in the Rhône Valley, we highlight our 1.25-acre parcel of Tablas clone Mourvèdre in an annual varietal bottling that showcases the unique qualities of the grape. We love the depth of fruit and elegant structural strength, buoyed by silky smooth tannins on the finish. The palate bursts with fresh-baked berry cobbler spiced with ground nutmeg, while simultaneously bringing hints of smokiness and cacao.
