2016 Garey Vineyard Pinot Noir | 750ml | 14.9% alc

2016 Garey Vineyard Pinot Noir | 750ml | 14.9% alc

We've worked with Garey Vineyard for many years now to produce Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir of distinctive character and ageworthy structure. Loaded with dark strawberry, black cherry, and elegant, earthy undertones, this wine is drinking very well right now, but will cellar beautifully over the years. At this youthful stage, we've already received 91 points for the wine from Matt Kettmann at Wine Enthusiast Magazine, who wrote of it: "...this bottling offers aromas of wild strawberry, crushed slate and Sichuan peppercorn. It's clean on the palate, showing more dark strawberry as well as tighter plum fruits, turned soil and wet slate flavors."
