As of this year, we have now been working with the amazing La Encantada Vineyard for nearly ten years. This very special site as always provided us with absolutely stellar, cool-climate Pinot Noir fruit, and our 2018 vintage is no exception. Rich and textured on the palate, notes of raspberry and strawberry compote, black pepper, tilled soil, and eucalyptus last long on the finish, structured by beautifully integrated, age-worthy tannins. It's a wine that is drinking exceptionally well now, but will have no problem developing and evolving in the bottle over the years.
