Located on the westernmost side of the Sta. Rita Hills, we source Pinot Noir fruit of great character from this well-established, organically-farmed vineyard. The nose shows classic Sta. Rita Hills character with forest floor, flint, and black/white pepper notes. On the palate, the aromatics carry forth to provide a rich set of flavors full of warmed boysenberries, spice, and a hint of cocoa powder. Bottled unfiltered and using only native yeast, we further accent the terroir with 30% whole cluster fermentation.
