Our annual saignée blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre is made in very small quantities each year, and always sells out quickly. Saignée is a process where juice is drained from grapes before they begin to ferment, allowing for more concentrated flavors in the finished red wine. By fermenting this juice for rosé, we keep the flavors found in the skins of red grapes, but make a light, crisp, refreshing wine. Loaded with strawberry and stone fruit notes, it's the perfect wine for summertime get-togethers and outdoor BBQs.
