Our annual saignée blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre is made in very small quantities each year. Crisp and dry, it explodes with strawberry and stone fruit notes, making it the ideal partner for so many dishes. We're always amazed by how quickly this wine disappears from our own cellars during the warmer months, as it compliments a sunny afternoon so beautifully.
