Sourced from Zaca Mesa Vineyard, this Roussanne is made in a very unique fashion, distinct from all of our other white wines. It spent its entire fermentation in contact with its skins, not unlike a red wine. This imbued the already-full-bodied Roussanne fruit with additional weight, complexity, and structure. It also brought out loads of unique spice elements that can only be a product of this method.
