Fostered within our estate's nutrient-rich ancient riverbed soils, Viognier has long been one of the most iconic and revered varietals of Rideau. This grapes for this 500ml bottling were allowed extra hang time on the vine, resulting in concentrated sugars. It is a delectable dessert interpretation of our Viognier, with luscious tropical elements and beautiful complexity on the palate of candied apricots and coconut custard.
